Air conditioning in Wood Green and Friern Barnet

We have installed air conditioning in Wood Green and survey across N22, from flats near the High Road and homes around Alexandra Palace to the Edwardian terraces of Bounds Green and Friern Barnet (N11).

Most homes here are terraced or converted into flats, so space at the back is tight. We look for the quietest spot for the outdoor unit, keep pipe runs short and tidy, and for flats we check what your freeholder needs before we book anything. Parts of N22 are conservation areas, and we will tell you at the survey if that affects where a unit can go.
