Air conditioning in Southgate, Cockfosters and New Southgate

We work across Southgate, from the roads around Southgate station and Oakwood to the larger detached and semi-detached homes in Cockfosters (EN4), and across New Southgate (N11). Homes in N14 often have several rooms that need cooling, plus a home office or loft room that overheats.

For bigger homes, one outdoor unit can often run two or more indoor units, which keeps the back of the house tidy. Sometimes two separate systems are better, for example to avoid pipework over a flat roof or across a tiled roof. We'll show you both options at the survey, with clear prices for each.
