Modern systems are generally very quiet. Indoor units are designed for low noise operation and outdoor units are normally much quieter than people expect. We also carefully consider unit placement during the design stage.

Most standard domestic installations do not require planning permission. However, some properties — such as flats, conservation areas or listed buildings — may require additional consideration.

Where required, we can also coordinate with trusted specialist partners, including approved architects, to help support planning or technical approval processes where appropriate.

We take care to keep installations neat and tidy, using protective coverings where required and aiming to minimise disruption to your home.

Pipework, cable routes and unit locations are planned carefully to achieve a clean finished appearance. Internally, we always aim to conceal pipework wherever practical before considering decorative trunking. Externally, neat outdoor trunking can also be installed where appropriate to help achieve a tidy overall finish.

Cryo-Air is based in North London and we primarily focus on North London and surrounding areas. This allows us to provide a more responsive, owner-led service and maintain close involvement throughout the survey, design and installation process.
